We had an Amazing purchase experience at Dodge of Burnsville in October 2021 Bought a sight unseen 2021 vehicle from their website. Car was financed, detailed, delivered to our home in WI with a full tank of gas and new license plates on the date and time requested. All of this took place over 3 days. Everything is handled electronically and when I show up to the dealership, I just have to sign the paperwork and leave with my new car! It is the most efficient way to purchase a car and Robert makes the purchasing stress free! Additionally, Robert treats us like old friends and greets my wife and I by our first names! Biggest issue with the dealership was they did not meet the expectation set over phone conversations. I drove 4 hours so I tried to set as many clear expectations up front so that it was not a wasted drive the expectation set over phone conversations. Right away, I had to deal with a different salesman than expected which caused a lot of information catch-up. The new salesman and sales manager did not value my trade-in as expected. I was told they would use KBB and call different dealers for pricing. They came significantly under KBB's lowest rating. After some negotiation they came up a little but no where near what it should have been. Lowering the trade value also increased my sales tax which is a double whammy to the customer. At the end of the day, I ultimately agreed to the deal but it was very stressful. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased. One positive note was the finance manager was able to find me a lower financing rate than my local banks. More
