What an amazing experience I had working with Robert Hannah at what I would call the cleanest, friendliest most efficient dealer I have ever been to. Recently got burned pretty bad by another dealer. We had an Amazing purchase experience at Dodge of Burnsville in October 2021 Bought a sight unseen 2021 vehicle from their website. Robert did a detailed Facetime video inspection to show me every surface inside and out as well as the options. Car was financed, detailed, delivered to our home in WI with a full tank of gas and new license plates on the date and time requested. All of this took place over 3 days. They get five starts for vehicle selection, pricing, customer service from the sales, finance and delivery teams. Thanks guys. We will be back to do business again. Margaret & John More

I have been searching for a new truck in this crazy year(2021) with limited success. I reached out to Dodge of Burnsville and they had a truck coming in soon that I was interested in. I live in Two Harbors and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Dodge of Burnsville, and Robert was my salesman for all four. Robert makes the purchasing process smooth and easy. I contact Robert about a car I am interested in and he does all the work! If the car I am asking about is no longer available, Robert will search until he finds the right car for me. Everything is handled electronically and when I show up to the dealership, I just have to sign the paperwork and leave with my new car! It is the most efficient way to purchase a car and Robert makes the purchasing stress free! Additionally, Robert treats us like old friends and greets my wife and I by our first names! I am now a loyal customer of Dodge of Burnsville because of Robert and the other great staff at the Dealership. More

Biggest issue with the dealership was they did not meet the expectation set over phone conversations. I drove 4 hours so I tried to set as many clear expectations up front so that it was not a wasted drive the expectation set over phone conversations. Right away, I had to deal with a different salesman than expected which caused a lot of information catch-up. The new salesman and sales manager did not value my trade-in as expected. I was told they would use KBB and call different dealers for pricing. They came significantly under KBB's lowest rating. After some negotiation they came up a little but no where near what it should have been. Lowering the trade value also increased my sales tax which is a double whammy to the customer. At the end of the day, I ultimately agreed to the deal but it was very stressful. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased. One positive note was the finance manager was able to find me a lower financing rate than my local banks. More
