What made the difference for us was an immediate response from Robert Hering at Werner Mazda to an inquiry I sent about the Mazda CX-5. Robert was extremely professional and although it was late in the day he called us several times to talk through the details and pricing options that were available. We drove to the dealership the next day for a test drive and had an amazing experience. Top notch dealership. Seamless from the test drive, negotiations, to financing. Would highly recommend going to Werner Mazda for a new or used car. I am sure that all of the sales managers are excellent but would try to work with Robert Hering if possible. More
