I came to Regal after having a horrible experience at Wesley Chapel Honda. WC was putting illegal fees and unnecessary costs on top of my lease buyout. When I called them out on the illegal fees, the manager went on to call me “sweetie” and talk to me in the most condescending way I have ever experienced. Literally left in tears and walked away. Found Regal even though it was a further drive and could not be more grateful that I did. Kaylee was amazing and was a spot of brightness in what was a horrible week! Will definitely come back once my boyfriend has saved up money for his next car! More

Both cars we were considering has very clear issues. Car 1- had a loud clicking noise, no one knew what it was. At best was an issue with a belt at worst engine problems. Car 2- Had flat tire! Could not even take off lot. We decided to purchase Car 2- but had to argue over tire. My husband changed the tire himself to a donut.. at that point it was late, we had insurance and everything set so we just wanted to go. Definitely mid professionalism. Sales 101- customer should at least walk away feeling good about the purchase. We drove away with a donut tire and gross feeling of unprofessionalism. More
