Then we met the Financial person who had the wrong facts and numbers, he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder when I advised him he had the wrong numbers and I needed to talk with the manager or I was dropping the deal he advised me he did not care, when I spoke to Mr Holly about the numbers he stated he did reduce the fees $1774.00 and had not stated he would eliminate the fees like I was told by the salesmen David, went back to finance person and got that straight the next problem. The finance person was giving us $2000 on a trade-in when Mr. Holly had excepted a trade-in for $2500 which I had documented he then had to change that so it seems like nobody had advised the finance guy and to make this short the finance guy was upset that we didn't purchase extra long term insurance and told me “he did not want to make small talk with me” ' I have been a good customer of Regal Honda buying three new vehicles and get all my service work done at Regal Honda. I feel I was treated badly and disrespected by the financial person! More

He was incredibly kind right from the start of our conversation. I asked about the price of a truck, got a reply almost instantly. The price was really fair, but from what I have seen at most dealers; the price they give does not include everything under the sun…then you have to get the warranty and blah blah blah. This was definitely NOT the case this time. I made an appointment to go and take a look and test drive the truck, expecting to get the run around from some other (finance guy) before getting to the actual price of the vehicle. When I arrived with my wife( almost 1.5 hour ride) the truck was parked in the easiest spot to park next to…also making it the easiest spot to pull the truck out of. There was a different salesperson outside, and at no time was he pushy while we were looking at the truck. He asked us if we needed anything, we informed him we had an appointment with Ryan. He walked us in, Ryan greeted us, sat us down and asked if we need anything to drink….pretty much had the keys ready to take the truck for a ride. My wife and I took the truck for a test drive and it was really clean, low mileage and every bit of what the online advertisement had shown. After the test drive Ryan and James (the finance guy) held true to their word. When my wife and I sat down with James (finance closer not sure of the exact title); he too was extremely kind and personable. We ended up getting the exact Price that was offered for my trade in vehicle and we paid exactly what we were quoted for the truck we test drove. We did end up buying the aftermarket platinum warranty. My wife and I’s experience was exceptional and we will be referring all of our friends, family, and clients to them! Thank you again, Ryan and James for making our experience great! More

I came to Regal after having a horrible experience at Wesley Chapel Honda. WC was putting illegal fees and unnecessary costs on top of my lease buyout. Found Regal even though it was a further drive and could not be more grateful that I did. Kaylee was amazing and was a spot of brightness in what was a horrible week! Will definitely come back once my boyfriend has saved up money for his next car! More

Both cars we were considering has very clear issues. Car 1- had a loud clicking noise, no one knew what it was. At best was an issue with a belt at worst engine problems. Car 2- Had flat tire! Could not even take off lot. We decided to purchase Car 2- but had to argue over tire. My husband changed the tire himself to a donut.. at that point it was late, we had insurance and everything set so we just wanted to go. Definitely mid professionalism. Sales 101- customer should at least walk away feeling good about the purchase. We drove away with a donut tire and gross feeling of unprofessionalism. More
