Tom sat down with me when I first went in and went over every option available on the car I was interested in. I had time to ask any questions I had and he made sure that what I chose was really what I wanted. Once the car arrived and we went back to pick it up Robert Lisi went over everything in my new car and answered all my questions. He sat with me in the car to make sure I knew how it all worked.
