The sales staff was eager to help and the transaction felt seamless. My wife and I had our eye on a Pacifica for years, and when the right one came along at this dealership, we were more or less in and felt seamless. My wife and I had our eye on a Pacifica for years, and when the right one came along at this dealership, we were more or less in and out (we ate lunch before making the decision). The AC actually had an issue on the way home (it cut in and out). They fixed it the next day and it has worked since. I had a similar issue on a Pacifica I rented last year... so my experience is that there is something slightly off on the AC control module, but it does not seem to be a huge deal. More
