I brought my truck in for a recall service but also had a request. I was trying to find out how to fold down the back seat in my 1500. I explained that to the service writer. The overall recall service took about 30 minutes and, when it was done, the service tech came in to give me my keys and explain everything to me, including that the back of the back seat doesn't fold down but then explained how to install car seats.
