The service department at Ken Ganley is truly fantastic. Josh kept me informed of my car's repairs and cost at each step, and made getting a rental a very easy process. Rob was also awesome, he took the tim Josh kept me informed of my car's repairs and cost at each step, and made getting a rental a very easy process. Rob was also awesome, he took the time to explain the technical details of the car's wiring to us. Steve was great also, he assisted when my car was being inspected and needed routine maintenance. The service manager, Bob, went above and beyond- my car was in and out of the shop over the span of a couple of weeks, and he dropped me off and picked me back up at home when needed, so I didn't have to miss work appointments. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much! More
