First hiccup at this dealership. I've bought 2 vehicles from Boucher and always had them serviced here without a problem. Yesterday I took my Escape in at 7:00AM and needed a shuttle I've bought 2 vehicles from Boucher and always had them serviced here without a problem. Yesterday I took my Escape in at 7:00AM and needed a shuttle home. (In the past I've always had the shuttle within 20 minutes) I waited for an hour and finally asked Robert how much longer. He called the shuttle driver and said it would be another 25 minutes. I walked the 2 and 1/2 miles home. If I would have been told at 7:00AM the shuttle would be over an hour wait, I would have made plans for a pick-up or walked then. More
