I originally ordered the RX450H with Parchment Interior and bamboo steering wheel. The one delivered has everything but it came with a Black steering wheel. I was quite disappointed to say the least. But Robert and the Melbourne dealership acted professionally and honored the price I was promised by given me the RX450HL instead. Now that’s customer satisfaction guaranteed at its best. I would absolutely doing business with Robert and Melbourne Lexus dealership again and I will also tell all my friends the same if they want an honest and reputable sales person and dealership. More

Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer any question I had and some I didn't know I had until he explained them! Little touches along the way like pre-programming home address into GPS before picking up the car made just such an incredible difference. Not sure how I can go anywhere else for car buying in the future. Already trying to get my Mother in Law to get up there and get her next car from Lexus of Melbourne and Robert as well. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Finance Director Juan Illera took the time to walk me through numbers and options as well so would like to recognize him as well. All in all Robert and Juan made what is normally a difficult process very easy. Thanks guys!! More
