Jaime Garcia Best Service Advisor Today I had my Subaru serviced at Subaru Pembroke Pines. What made this a very easy and simple process was Advisor Jaime Garcia. As regularly, custom Today I had my Subaru serviced at Subaru Pembroke Pines. What made this a very easy and simple process was Advisor Jaime Garcia. As regularly, customer, I knew in advance what was needed to be done to my vehicle. Mr. Garcia does a great job communicating with the customer, as to what my vehicle service is due. In addition, I had a coupon to get my vehicle detailed, which meant it be in service all day long. As busy as it was for a Monday Mr. Garcia, found a loaner vehicle for me, knowing I travel across from Palm Beach to Miami for work. The entire process took less then 30 minutes of my time from when I got there until I left. Mr. Garcia called me today at approximately 5:45pm, and said the vehicle was done, and detailed and looked great. He told me I could come tonight, or in the morning whatever was easier for me. The fact this morning Mr. Garcia went out of his way to find me a loaner, I decided to bring the vehicle back so it would be available in the morning for another customer. When I returned to the dealer at 6:10 pm, Mr. Garcia was still there and took time to go over the service done and check me out when I knew it was time for him to go home. This is what I call “Outstanding Customer Service” from a true professional. I also have a Lexus which I service next door and receive excellent service. But I have to say Mr. Garcia does his job far above any service advisor I’ve used in any dealer in Miami or Broward. More

Did not get car back when promised I went in for basic servicing at 10:00 a.m. and was told that I needed to have the brake lines flushed. I told him I had a lot to do and that I was l I went in for basic servicing at 10:00 a.m. and was told that I needed to have the brake lines flushed. I told him I had a lot to do and that I was leaving the next day, and he told me that I'd have the car back by around noon. It wasn't ready until 1:30, and he told me it was ready and washed, but when I went out to pick it up after paying, they still were washing it. He was very nice when we met, and didn't charge me for the basic service appointment, since my warranty had just expired, but I would have appreciated it if he had told me how long it would actually take. More

Prompt Service They were friendly accommodating and quick about my service. I don't reccomend making the appointment online because when I showed up they didnt have They were friendly accommodating and quick about my service. I don't reccomend making the appointment online because when I showed up they didnt have my name but i showed them my confirmation email and they were still able to see me. Also they aren't open on Sunday even though it says they are. My only complaint was I was told my car would be washed and when I got it back it didnt seem like it was washed, just vacuumed. Not that big of a deal though. More

Why it’s takes so long? Why oil change need to take more then 3 hours? Every time it’s the same, you guys think we have nothing to do? Waste of time/ Lack of Caring Empooyees I visited the service department with an STI I bought from their same show room. Waited an hour and a half before being sent off with no service done I visited the service department with an STI I bought from their same show room. Waited an hour and a half before being sent off with no service done to my car. The person assisting me was eating lunch before I had to directly ask them what was the situation with my car, immediately said the Brembo Breaks squeaking was normal. It seemed he wanted to get me out as soon as possible, which truly disgusted me as I am in customer service as well. I went to the amazing and my new dealership in Bird Road. They serviced my car and within 20 minutes told me the discs were warped, pads were worn overly quickly, and even noticed a clutch issues I didn’t! Pembroke Pines is the peak of a disappointing dealership that seems to only care about the sell, not the customer experience. I never write negative surveys but I felt like this should’ve been an exception. More
