I was encouraged to use the home service to change my tire, it was a little expensive but I did t mind it. Appointment set for 11:30, no one showed up, I called at 1, they said someone will show up at 1: tire, it was a little expensive but I did t mind it. Appointment set for 11:30, no one showed up, I called at 1, they said someone will show up at 1:30, I called at 2:30 they said they can’t show up, they have no consideration for anyone time, this was not a free service, I could have done it anywhere else, the run flat will drive for 50 more miles, they made me waist a whole day of work and not even fix my tire, called again, all I got is attitude , it is unfortunate the service is going downhill fast More

Best car dealer service When i have to take my car to the dealer it’s always a great experience. It’s not the end of the world because I’m going to be without a car, or i ha When i have to take my car to the dealer it’s always a great experience. It’s not the end of the world because I’m going to be without a car, or i have to wait for hours. The Service department makes is so easy, i leave my car in the morning and due to the great location of the dealer i go to the mall and when i finish my shopping my car is ready. Sometimes i have to loan a car and And i like to drive the new models. The staff is very friendly and they always follow up after the service . More
