I made a visit to my local hometown KIA dealership (Kia Autosport of Columbus) after my Honda Odyssey minivan became unusable. Upon arriving, Chris Shult immediately greeted me, within like 10 seconds, and asked how he could help me. He walked me through and showed me Tellurides on premise which eventually led me to the test-drive process. He then heard me out on my desires as well as worked with me on pricing and purchase process. Kia was very flexible on payment arrangement and trade in of my current vehicle. After purchase, Chris called in to check on us and our experience with the vehicle to see if we had any issues/questions. Great experience! More
