Bob was professional, honest, low pressure (causee we would have walked AND it was the end of the day on a Saturday), and down to business (none of this "let me ask my manager" - 20 mins later for an answer). The finance gentlemen was also courteous and forthcoming, no surprises! We came back a week later to add some accessories and the service department was prompt and thorough. Plus the cashier was sweet! EXTREMELY happy with our experiences at HE Audi so far. More

I have visited other dealerships (both Audi and other brands) and Valentina was by far the best salesperson we encountered. Her knowledge about the cars was great, she was friendly and made the process very enjoyable. More than anything she was respectful - many salespeople would only address my husband. Guess what? I was the one making the decision and buying the car. Valentina treated both of us with respect and I was thrilled to buy a car from her. After buying I came back to drop off the title to my old car and Robert LeGault kindly took the time to give me another lesson on all the features in the car - much appreciated as it is a lot to take in when you first get your new car and just want to go drive it. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates to mention either of their names. Bob offered guidance and expertise with the 3 cars I test drove, and Iman was my main point of contact handling the actual purchase (he was with another client otherwise he would have test drove the cars with me). Iman was very thorough and made the purchase, trade in, and financing actually enjoyable. He also walked me through all the gadgets in my new car, gave me his cell for any questions/needs and has already followed up to ensure I am happy with the purchase. This is my 4th time purchasing a car, and have never had great service like this before. Thank you Iman, Bob and Audi Hoffman Estates for making me feel special and going above and beyond to make the experience fun! More
