Courteous, friendly, professional, high quality We just happened to stop in the dealership to "look" and without intent, found the perfect car. Bob was professional, honest, low pressure (causee we would have walked AND it was the end of the day on a Saturday), and down to business (none of this "let me ask my manager" - 20 mins later for an answer). The finance gentlemen was also courteous and forthcoming, no surprises! We came back a week later to add some accessories and the service department was prompt and thorough. Plus the cashier was sweet! EXTREMELY happy with our experiences at HE Audi so far. More

Bob is the best! I worked with Bob ; I came in for vehicle recalls on my 2015 Audi A5 and decided that I wanted a new car instead. I was introduced to bob (who was working on his day off) and walked out with a new leased vehicle. Bob treated me like family and walked me thru the whole Process. I couldn’t be happier!!!!!! More

I have visited other dealerships (both Audi and other brands) and Valentina was by far the best salesperson we encountered. Her knowledge about the cars was great, she was friendly and made the process very enjoyable. More than anything she was respectful - many salespeople would only address my husband. Guess what? I was the one making the decision and buying the car. Valentina treated both of us with respect and I was thrilled to buy a car from her. After buying I came back to drop off the title to my old car and Robert LeGault kindly took the time to give me another lesson on all the features in the car - much appreciated as it is a lot to take in when you first get your new car and just want to go drive it. Thanks for a great experience Valentina! I will be sure to send friends/family in the market for a new car to you! More

5 Stars All Around Iman and Bob were both wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates to mention eith Iman and Bob were both wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates to mention either of their names. Bob offered guidance and expertise with the 3 cars I test drove, and Iman was my main point of contact handling the actual purchase (he was with another client otherwise he would have test drove the cars with me). Iman was very thorough and made the purchase, trade in, and financing actually enjoyable. He also walked me through all the gadgets in my new car, gave me his cell for any questions/needs and has already followed up to ensure I am happy with the purchase. This is my 4th time purchasing a car, and have never had great service like this before. Thank you Iman, Bob and Audi Hoffman Estates for making me feel special and going above and beyond to make the experience fun! More

Lies lies lies! These people dont call you back when they say they do. Mike T, Mike Colles, Rick Kelstrom. Mike T unfortunately had to deal with us even though our service writer was Mike Colles ( who is apparently never available when i call). My mother went in about 7 days before her warranty expired and specifcally asked for the battery to be checked and they said the battery was in good condition. 5 days after our warranty expires her battery dies while shes at planet fitness and shes stuck in the parking lot at 830 at night for an hour till i was able to pick her up. They would not tow under warranty at that time and was going to charge her for the tow. Ridiculous. Thats not even the a portion of it though. We end up towing it the next day from our house to the audi hoffman. 98$. We go in and ask when can we expect the car to get serviced? They say by the end of business tomorrow they will have it in. I the following day and speak with Mike Colles, he says they are busy and it will be brought it first thing the following morning. So the next day im waiting for a call all day, nothing. I call the following day and Mike doesnt work that day, so they transfer me to Rick. Rick says he had a customer in front of him and he will call me back in about 10 minutes, fine. 2 hours go by, no call. So i call them. Ricks out to lunch. I told the lady on the phone, as soon as he comes back make sure that he calls me first thing. Another 2 hours pass. I finally decide to show up myself to the dealership. And Mike T is there to greet me. I told him my concerns about how their lack of communication and concerns for the car. He goes in the back and finds out whats going on. Car will be ready on Monday. Fine. But my mom needs a loaner at this point. He wont give one. He says he has 16 loaners ready to go out on Monday, all spoken for. I tell him i dont care, i am walking out with a loaner today and being ignored this whole week. After about 10-15 minutes of arguing, he finally gets up and yells to Rick, " Next time you're suppose to handle a customer and call them back, you man the f*** up and handle it!." They both end up screaming at each other in the back room which all of the customers can hear at this point. Mike T finally comes out with a loaner and i thank him and i apologize for the inconvenience. Later on he also ends telling another employee that he needs a new f******* job, in front of everyone. I laughed. Monday comes and we return the loaner and Mike Colles is finally there! We speak about whats going on with the car. He explains its definetly a bad battery, even though i had some suspicion that it had something to do with the computer, he assured me it wasnt. So i said can you put that in writing for me just so we're all on the same page, he says he cant do that. Stumbling on his word and trying to come up with something to say he eventually says i dont have authorization to do that you have to speak to Andy the manager. I said ok where's Andy? He said he THINKS he left for the day but his door is open so you can wait around and see if he comes. I said can you call him? Mike goes i cant call him after hours. Its about 5:15-5:30 at this point. I start laughing, truly ridiculous at this point. I said if you're telling me there is nothing wrong with the computer on the vehicle why cant you put it in writing for me, after arguing for about 10 minutes he finally agrees. This was the most unprofessional experience i have ever dealt with in my entire life. Also for some background info, my mom purchased this car brand new in 2015 from this dealership, a 2016 audi q3. I plan on filing complaints to corporate for everyone i dealt with. More
