Mike T unfortunately had to deal with us even though our service writer was Mike Colles ( who is apparently never available when i call). My mother went in about 7 days before her warranty expired and specifcally asked for the battery to be checked and they said the battery was in good condition. 5 days after our warranty expires her battery dies while shes at planet fitness and shes stuck in the parking lot at 830 at night for an hour till i was able to pick her up. They would not tow under warranty at that time and was going to charge her for the tow. Ridiculous. Thats not even the a portion of it though. We end up towing it the next day from our house to the audi hoffman. 98$. We go in and ask when can we expect the car to get serviced? They say by the end of business tomorrow they will have it in. I the following day and speak with Mike Colles, he says they are busy and it will be brought it first thing the following morning. So the next day im waiting for a call all day, nothing. I call the following day and Mike doesnt work that day, so they transfer me to Rick. Rick says he had a customer in front of him and he will call me back in about 10 minutes, fine. 2 hours go by, no call. So i call them. Ricks out to lunch. I told the lady on the phone, as soon as he comes back make sure that he calls me first thing. Another 2 hours pass. I finally decide to show up myself to the dealership. And Mike T is there to greet me. I told him my concerns about how their lack of communication and concerns for the car. He goes in the back and finds out whats going on. Car will be ready on Monday. Fine. But my mom needs a loaner at this point. He wont give one. He says he has 16 loaners ready to go out on Monday, all spoken for. I tell him i dont care, i am walking out with a loaner today and being ignored this whole week. After about 10-15 minutes of arguing, he finally gets up and yells to Rick, " Next time you're suppose to handle a customer and call them back, you man the f*** up and handle it!." They both end up screaming at each other in the back room which all of the customers can hear at this point. Mike T finally comes out with a loaner and i thank him and i apologize for the inconvenience. Later on he also ends telling another employee that he needs a new f******* job, in front of everyone. I laughed. Monday comes and we return the loaner and Mike Colles is finally there! We speak about whats going on with the car. He explains its definetly a bad battery, even though i had some suspicion that it had something to do with the computer, he assured me it wasnt. So i said can you put that in writing for me just so we're all on the same page, he says he cant do that. Stumbling on his word and trying to come up with something to say he eventually says i dont have authorization to do that you have to speak to Andy the manager. I said ok where's Andy? He said he THINKS he left for the day but his door is open so you can wait around and see if he comes. I said can you call him? Mike goes i cant call him after hours. Its about 5:15-5:30 at this point. I start laughing, truly ridiculous at this point. I said if you're telling me there is nothing wrong with the computer on the vehicle why cant you put it in writing for me, after arguing for about 10 minutes he finally agrees. This was the most unprofessional experience i have ever dealt with in my entire life. Also for some background info, my mom purchased this car brand new in 2015 from this dealership, a 2016 audi q3. I plan on filing complaints to corporate for everyone i dealt with. More

Worth the drive Drove from the Quad Cities (2.5 hrs) to purchase a used Audi. Honestly the first young lady we spoke with didn't seem interested in selling my wife an Drove from the Quad Cities (2.5 hrs) to purchase a used Audi. Honestly the first young lady we spoke with didn't seem interested in selling my wife and I a vehicle. We were about ready to look elsewhere and ran into Bob in the parking lot. Explained what we were looking for and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did look around at other dealers but came back and purchased an Audi S4. The used vehicle we purchased was thoroughly gone through with several items (battery, break pads etc.)replaced. Not just put on the lot. Also came with a set of winter tires that we didn't know about until after we purchased! Bob explained the vehicle's options and even went as far as connecting my phone and contacts via bluetooth. Very nice man. Wish I remembered the finance gentleman's name because he was great as well. Since I purchased out of state I went to pay tax,title license locally and they were impressed with all the proper paperwork dealership provided. Love the car and great experience. Worth my trip and will definitely go back. Thank you More

Is outstanding too long of a phrase? Impeccable customer service. I received a loaner for the 4 days car was in service. Very Pleasantly Surprised For more than the past 20 years I have bought many new BMW's and Mercedes (8 in total) exclusively and believed their sales and service staffs were su For more than the past 20 years I have bought many new BMW's and Mercedes (8 in total) exclusively and believed their sales and service staffs were superior to most other brands. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in at Audi of Hoffman Estates and dealt primarily with Bob LeGault. Bob knows his Audi models inside and out and did a great job of detailing all the features and benefits. I didn't think I was quite ready to trade my low mileage 2010 Mercedes CLS, even after 9 years, but after seeing and driving the new 2019 Audi A7 and speaking with Bob I became convinced that the A7 was the right replacement car for me and now was a good time to make the trade. I believe I received a fair price for the new car outright, and for my trade. And I was also pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of completing the sale with their finance manager. It was undoubtedly faster than for any of my other purchases. I have yet to utilize their service department, but based on what I have seen so far, I have every expectation that it will be up to the high service standards I have come to expect form my other high end car dealerships. More
