However, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in at Audi of Hoffman Estates and dealt primarily with Bob LeGault. Bob knows his Audi models inside and out and did a great job of detailing all the features and benefits. I didn't think I was quite ready to trade my low mileage 2010 Mercedes CLS, even after 9 years, but after seeing and driving the new 2019 Audi A7 and speaking with Bob I became convinced that the A7 was the right replacement car for me and now was a good time to make the trade. I believe I received a fair price for the new car outright, and for my trade. And I was also pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of completing the sale with their finance manager. It was undoubtedly faster than for any of my other purchases. I have yet to utilize their service department, but based on what I have seen so far, I have every expectation that it will be up to the high service standards I have come to expect form my other high end car dealerships.
