Bob was professional, honest, low pressure (causee we would have walked AND it was the end of the day on a Saturday), and down to business (none of this "let me ask my manager" - 20 mins later for an answer). The finance gentlemen was also courteous and forthcoming, no surprises! We came back a week later to add some accessories and the service department was prompt and thorough. Plus the cashier was sweet! EXTREMELY happy with our experiences at HE Audi so far. More
