Excellent service! I would highly recommend Hoffman Estates Audi and in particular the sales associate Robert LeGault, he spent several hours letting us test drive sever I would highly recommend Hoffman Estates Audi and in particular the sales associate Robert LeGault, he spent several hours letting us test drive several cars and explained the cars that we test drove and actually ended up purchasing. I knew what I wanted so all he had to do was give me a price on my trade in and a Bob made buying my new Q5 very easy and fun without all the hassle. I knew what I wanted so all he had to do was give me a price on my trade in and a price on the new car. He went over all the new things the car came with and answered all my questions. He set up the Audi app on my phone and took me to the car and went over all the features of the latest upgrades. More
