general brake service I spoke with Robert Lopez about what was going on with my 2015 F-150. I had two items that needed checking on. Robert contacted me later on and we a I spoke with Robert Lopez about what was going on with my 2015 F-150. I had two items that needed checking on. Robert contacted me later on and we agreed to have the work completed and that I would wait on the for the pickup. The service time was only a couple of hours and we are satisified with the work that was completed. Thanks to the service representive and the service for moving quickly to complete the work. More

My sales person was not pushy, very accommodating and patient and answered all my questions. Support staff was friendly, respectful and efficient. You know those other dealerships, eager to sell you a car, super friendly, promise you the moon at time of purchase, so (you buy) guys? BUT THEN WHEN.....you drive back in a week, month or year later, with a need or service issue......They run for the hills, hide and rudely under deliver on their initial promises guys? Save yourself the hassles, buy Brandon Ford. They sure delivered impeccable sales and service to my family. JC and Bob (sales), Robert(service), are the most professional I have ever dealt with.
