Outstanding - as usual!!! I've been bringing my vehicles to Brandon Ford for almost 20 years now. First because of the location being near my job, and later because of the con I've been bringing my vehicles to Brandon Ford for almost 20 years now. First because of the location being near my job, and later because of the consistent outstanding service I get. It starts with my service coordinator Rob Lopez. He is without a doubt the best I've ever dealt with and he's my go to guy! This last visit required the dash to be removed to replace a solenoid. After it was finished, there was a very soft flapping noise when the blower motor was at full speed. Rob and the guys took care of this right away and I was back on the road in no time. Being a fleet manager myself, I deal with numerous service facilities across the country. Brando Ford has the best Service Department I've ever used and the main reason the customer service Rob, Joe the Service Director and the rest of the staff show their customers. More

Amazing service department We had a tire problem on Christmas Eve. They could have very easily said they were booked but instead sai just bring it by we will take care of you. In and out in less than 30 minutes and the service was the best. They are the only place I would ever shop for a Ford car. More
