I came into Otto's to pick up my 2022 430i from the service department and while wandering around the new car showroom, I noticed Robert was at his desk. Since he was available, I started asking some q service department and while wandering around the new car showroom, I noticed Robert was at his desk. Since he was available, I started asking some questions and despite the fact that I had no intention of buying a new car, I took a liking to Robert immediately. I ended up purchasing a brand new 2024 Competition M 4series convertible which would likely not have happened if not for my chance encounter with Robert.
