I went there for a recall on my 2021 Bronco Sport. While I was waiting I took a walk thru your parking lot and came upon a New Bronco Sport in my Favorite color Blue. It is frustrating with the lack of up front on the cost when dealing with financing as they try to sell warranties and do not show the actual cost. Financing Al’s pretended as though they did not know tha when dealing with financing as they try to sell warranties and do not show the actual cost. Financing Al’s pretended as though they did not know that the $500 I paid ford upfront online was part of the vehicle cost and should be deducted from the final bill of sale. It felt like they were constantly trying to sneak an extra $100 or $200 out of the transaction. Rob the sales associate was fantastic and super helpful after the sale. More
