I was there maybe an hour and they let me wait in my car till I was at the front of the line but you can wait in there lobby where they have water and snacks available. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Bailey was amazing during this whole process. I flew from Florida to purchase the Jeep. The vehicle was spot on like it was described. I was picked up at the airport and treated like a friend not just another client. I found out later it was the owner and he was just so down to earth. The whole process took less than an hour. 15 minutes of that was a bank issue during the down payment process. Everyone was down to earth, easy going and 100 percent a class act. I would fly here again in a heartbeat to buy another vehicle! Melton sales and the staff are too notch, no xx and go the extra mile to make your car buying experience an amazing, flawless, and superior to any other dealer. 5 stars is not enough to give these guys!!!! I had 2 trips for maintenance. The first was oil and filter. It was done quickly and no effort to sell not needed items. The same day i noticed one head light was not working. Knowing it was a quick fix and it was dangerous and illegal to have only 1 light. They fixed the bulb and only charged for the bulb. Vety happy. More
