Robert Morris joined the Koons Toyota of Westminster dealership in April 2012. Before beginning his career in car sales, he worked in HVAC. He has two children, a daughter and a son who he loves spending his free time with. He is a Carroll County resident of 5 years and loves the home-town feel of the area and the people! He enjoys investing time into his surrounding community, volunteering at his kids school and doing what he can to help those around him. Rob enjoy learning about new technology and playing almost any type of sport, but football is his passion. He is a Buffalo Bill's fan at heart

Cliff explained the buying process and helped us decide which vehicle would make the most sense for our family. Due to the stressful nature of car buying now, the process was stress-free and enjoyable. Cliff's communication and knowledge was exceptional. Our finance experience with Rob was also stress-free and he created a space where my husband and I could ask questions and have informed decision-making. The entire experience from the first email through car delivery was enjoyable. I would highly recommend the dealership and working with Cliff and Rob! More

The try to scam you by providing you on price on the phone or email and then once you get to the dealership they start marking things up. Tried to pull credit for no reason even when didn't want their f phone or email and then once you get to the dealership they start marking things up. Professional, Efficient and Caring-- My husband and I just bought our third car (two new and one used) from Koons Toyota of Westminster, and there are many reasons we keep going back. The sales and finance team and service staff are responsive, professional and courteous. Our salesperson, Nathan Voelkel, went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted at a reasonable price and took his time to answer any and all questions. We are continually impressed by the staff at Koons and have been happy with all of our vehicles. We would definitely recommend the team at Koons--especially Nathan Voelkel--if you're looking for new or used car. More
