Great service, great people I feel lucky to be a Toyota owner every time I get it serviced or parts replaced. This time I was there to have new speakers installed and I had the best of people working on my vehicle. From the great and kind employees I talked to on the phone to the nice woman outside of the service center who did some of my paperwork and lastly to inside the shop, it was all wonderful! I've had great luck at any Toyota dealership and service at any location in MT but while I live in Billings, this Toyota and its employees will be the people I trust the most. Thank you for all of your hard work! More

Emergency Repairs Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and locat Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and located Lithia Toyota. The on-board computer indicated a misfire in Cylinder 4, but when they got it into the shop the problem (naturally) disappeared. The service manager, Robert, made a call as to his best guess on what was causing the problem, and suggested replacing the fuel injector. They had us back on the road in 3 hours and we were able to complete our trip without any further problems. Many thanks to Robert and his team for diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly so we could complete our trip on schedule! More

Excellent Customer Service I putted in without an appointment asking if the front end of my 2000 Toyota pickup could be inspected to see if I should make an appointment to fix i I putted in without an appointment asking if the front end of my 2000 Toyota pickup could be inspected to see if I should make an appointment to fix it. Robert found a technician who took it for a test drive and determined the truck was shaking etc because there were pieces of gravel stuck in the nooks and crannies of the front end and in the front tires. They cleaned out all the gravel, test drove the truck again, and then returned it to me after washing it! Robert then handed me the keys. I asked what I owed them because they had a technician on it for around an hour and he said "no charge"! I was astounded. I had driven in without an appointment, had my truck looked at right away by a technician, fixed and washed, and there was no charge!! Robert even kept me informed through the whole process. It doesn't get any better than that. More

Purchasing 2nd vehicle/Smooth transaction! Met with Max Erickson to look at a pre-owned Highlander. He showed us 2 different models. He made the buying experience very easy and enjoyable. It is usually a dread when going to the dealership to buy a car, but not this time. This was by far the easiest and smooth buying experience. We would recommend working with these gentlemen and all the staff at Lithia Toyota in Billings in the future. Thank you!! More

Expensive Repair Shortly After Sale While Max and Andrew were both helpful, a "hot" smell present at the time of sale turned out to be a $1,400 cam seal repair. The dealer claimed to ha While Max and Andrew were both helpful, a "hot" smell present at the time of sale turned out to be a $1,400 cam seal repair. The dealer claimed to have gone over the car, but the service records of both this dealer and the previous one did not reflect this. The $1,400 added to the price of the car made it a poor deal. I would not recommend this dealership. That being said, I contacted the dealership, and, after a delay, Keith Deschane, the general manager, ultimately offered to pay for half the cost of the repair, which I accepted. He was straightforward and professional. More
