From the great and kind employees I talked to on the phone to the nice woman outside of the service center who did some of my paperwork and lastly to inside the shop, it was all wonderful! Emergency Repairs Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and locat Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and located Lithia Toyota. The on-board computer indicated a misfire in Cylinder 4, but when they got it into the shop the problem (naturally) disappeared. The service manager, Robert, made a call as to his best guess on what was causing the problem, and suggested replacing the fuel injector. They had us back on the road in 3 hours and we were able to complete our trip without any further problems. Many thanks to Robert and his team for diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly so we could complete our trip on schedule! More
