So happy to have stopped in at Krystal CJD. In this time of shortage I was treated as a valued customer that the salespeople wanted to have as a long term customer, instead of trying to take advantage of th of shortage I was treated as a valued customer that the salespeople wanted to have as a long term customer, instead of trying to take advantage of the car shortage situation with above msrp pricing like most other car dealers. Elizabeth was attentive and patient, touring me through available used and new vehicles, including the new Jeep I eventually bought. Her thoroughly professional approach, explaining lease and buy options, was paramount to my decision to buy at Krystal. You just might have turned me from a Ford man to a Jeep guy. We'll see in 200,000 miles. More

VERY GOOD -- AS USUAL I have been buying cars for around 40 years. Krystal Jeep is like the dealerships of old.
