I worked with Chris during the sale, and he was attentive to all of my needs while getting me into a vehicle with the best pricing available. He also had the best attitude, which made me feel comfortable thr to all of my needs while getting me into a vehicle with the best pricing available. He also had the best attitude, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I told him my price range, and he got me there without all the usual back-and-forth negotiating. In fact, he advocated for me so well that Sales Manager Warren bluntly confirmed there was nothing left on the table when asked. Don in finance made the paperwork simple, patiently answered all of my questions, and even gave me time alone to consider the warranty options when I was unsure. At no point during the purchase process did I feel pressured, making the experience far less stressful than it usually is. One day after my purchase, I experienced a major issue with the vehicle- it would not accelerate, and the dashboard lit up with warning lights. I was able to make it to the dealership, where they took the car in immediately. The service staff was incredibly kind and understanding, especially given how emotional I was at the time, and they got me into a loaner vehicle right away. My sales representative, Chris, and the sales manager, Rob, were both very reassuring and made it clear that the issue would be resolved one way or another. The following day, I was informed that they had found an improperly secured connection from the factory production, which they resecured and test drove before putting through quality control. I picked up the vehicle that afternoon and have had no issues since. Amid the hectic nature of everything, I accidentally left my purse in the loaner vehicle and didn’t realize it until a day later. When I called the dealership, they located my bag and returned it to me with all of my belongings untouched. While this may be how all of these situations should be handled, it is not always the norm. The level of care, reassurance, and professionalism I received truly stood out. More

I was 200 miles from home when I got a flat tire. Hoping for some help, I called the dealership to see if they could assist me later that day. I traveled to Rockland Chrysler Jeep Ram for an AC service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue. service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue. I had to call numerous times to speak with my advisor Brendan or an operator. Only to still not be serviced. Afterwards, I went to a local mechanic shop only to find that all my car needed was freon. Which further proves that my vehicle was not even properly diagnosed with it being stored about 30 hours. Now my AC is working but no thank you to Rockland Dodge. I am highly disappointed with the communication and lack of service. More

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Purchased 5 cars there and three months out of warranty, will not honor a well known TSB or even offer a discount for changing manifolds on my Ram.
