Worst dealership I ever went to, 2nd car purchased there and won't go back. They scammed me out of $7500.00, paid them the e-car rebate of $7,500, downpayment of $6000 and $2000 in other rebates. My fault because I didnt see it when the deal was signed. The sales manager, Robert Permutter is yelling at me, like I did something wrong, yet they scammed me and I told him that and he didnt like hearing the truth. Never go there EVER again More

Terrible experience. I bought a brand new grand Cherokee summit from Rockland Jeep. The next day, I see the passenger taillight not working. I check the taillight and it’s filled with water. I call them immediately. They say to bring the truck in. I live an hour and fifteen minutes each way from the dealer but sure, I’ll bring it in. I speak with Rob, the sales manager and voice the issue. Yesterday, I get a call from Alan the service manager. He says good news! The truck is ready. I drive once again to go pick it up. Guess what the passenger tail light is filled with water! Completely soaked. They replaced the rear facing taillight and left me the other part of the rear taillight that wrap to the rear quarter panel of the passenger side of the truck. Why fix one and not the other?? It was totally obvious that it was water logged. I tell them that I’m not leaving and making this trek again because they failed. I suggest for them to remove it from the loaner which they did and put it on my truck. They were the same model. What a completely inept repair job and a waste of time. One week old truck. More

Purchased a 2021 pre certified Grand Cherokee with in one month needed brakes and rotors! Vehicle has only 21,000 miles shouldn’t have needed brakes. Well they didn’t cover it they gave me a really stupid an month needed brakes and rotors! Vehicle has only 21,000 miles shouldn’t have needed brakes. Well they didn’t cover it they gave me a really stupid answer! Saying I drove with my foot on the brake pedal! For 2000 miles!they should have fixed the brakes. Now I’m spending another $1000 for repair. I’m inquiring about the used car lemon law. Have to speak to my lawyer. The owners son really thought I was an idiot the excuses he gave me. Needless to say this company is terrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Can’t even give them one star,I’ll give the a minus 5 star! More
