Not 1 voicemail answered out of 20 left. Car sat in the dealership lot for 2 weeks as VOID because Kevin doesn’t answer his phone or voicemails. No calls backs or update. Miserable experienc Car sat in the dealership lot for 2 weeks as VOID because Kevin doesn’t answer his phone or voicemails. No calls backs or update. Miserable experience. Had no car for 3 weeks because no one answers the phone. Had to visit in person to get answers. Unnaceptable and was a major inconvenience on the family. Pricing is ridiculous as well. $2000 for labor when they worked on the car to half a day after 3 weeks of sitting in the lot. Im pretty sure my battery that was replaced died while sitting in the lot for 3 weeks. That doesnt add up. More
