Very disappointed with the long wait for my service to be completed. Then after paying and leaving, the next day check engine light came on and I had to come back and pay to have an engine air pressure hose completed. Then after paying and leaving, the next day check engine light came on and I had to come back and pay to have an engine air pressure hose leak fixed. I felt this was due to poor mechanic workmanship on the original work performed and was made to pay another fee for the repair. More

Except for David, the service department is extremely unprofessional severely lacking communication within that department Store manager aka "Owners Son" Robert Pearlmutter, could not care less he's NOT unprofessional severely lacking communication within that department Store manager aka "Owners Son" Robert Pearlmutter, could not care less he's NOT any better his disgraceful lack of regard towards customer service is unbelievable. My car was towed to be serviced on Thur, Sept 8th for a blown tire Mr Leahy took the car. I had to rent a that day "dealership had no loaners" according to Mr. Leahy my tire was there Friday Sept 9, then Sat Sept 10th Mr. Leahy was out and Brandon service adviser who was extremely rude told me my car "might" be ready MondaySept 12 because they didn't have the tire. Basically he never checked. causing me the financial to pay a rental 3 days more than I needed to. Monday Sept 12, I spoke in person to the Store Manager who assured me if I sent him the bill for rental he would take care of it. Now Mr. Pearlmutter is ignoring the issue and refuses to reimburse me for the car will not respond to emails or calls. They take your $$ at point of sale then GOOD LUCK!! to you...Mary More

Extremely Poor Customer Service. The vehicle information systems stated #2 Valve Misfire. The diagnostic had taken 60 hours to complete. The extended warranty took 72 hours, includin The vehicle information systems stated #2 Valve Misfire. The diagnostic had taken 60 hours to complete. The extended warranty took 72 hours, including weekends. Once the diagnostic plan and warranty outcome was confirmed, the repairs took 20 days to complete. The initial adviser went out for a medical reason which was disclosed on his voice mail with a referral to another adviser who never returned my calls. Upon arrival at the vehicle, I was told to see the cashier. To this date, no one explained what was actually done. I referred to the recipe to see what was performed. I called the adviser and left a message in regard to the three wire harnesses left resting on the engine block. The harness clips were removed and not replaced. Again, no one returns my calls. This is the poorest service I have ever received at a dealership. I think it is time to transition to another brand of vehicles. More
