Mr Pena was very informative and professional. He knows his products at the dealership. Any question we had he answered. Dealing with him was easier but still had to go back and forth several times before his products at the dealership. Any question we had he answered. We just purchased our fourth Mazda from Hall Mazda, the last two working with Robert Pena. The dealership is perfectly sized to be able to provide the vehicle without being lost in the throngs of customer last two working with Robert Pena. Our recent experience with Robert was fantastic - it was highly personalized to our needs and mostly completed by phone/text and in advance of our arriving at the dealership to sign paperwork. Robert and others’ sensitivity to our family’s needs during the pandemic (two adults signing while managing two children outdoors at the dealership) made us comfortable to purchase our new vehicle at this time. We will always call Hall first and ask for Robert when we are in the market for a new vehicle and highly recommend Hall Mazda to family and friends. More

Robert was great explaining and helping me to experience the CX-5 model. As several reviewers stated, the car handles great on the road...nimble and sure footed. The features of the 2019 CX-5 I bought pretty much sold the car. Purchasing details went smoothly. I'm now looking at videos to learn all of the ins and outs of the car. More

Robert Pena and the rest of the staff was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with.
