The sales guys at Metro Ford of OKC were amazing! Such a positive and welcoming atmosphere! Cristian, my sales rep, and his Sales Manager, Robert, were kind and went above and beyond to help me find Such a positive and welcoming atmosphere! Cristian, my sales rep, and his Sales Manager, Robert, were kind and went above and beyond to help me find the best deal. I also want to give a shout out to Rocky in the finance department for working so hard to find me the best rate and monthly payment with the right bank! These guys really care about setting their customers up for success and that meant the world to me! I cried happy tears a few times! This was a great car buying experience! Thanks again, guys! More

Got a good deal on the car, as it was a concierge vehicle previously. But, in order to get the deal, they made the “Metro Ford Guarantee” package (where you pay like $2,000, but get lifetime oils changes, et previously. But, in order to get the deal, they made the “Metro Ford Guarantee” package (where you pay like $2,000, but get lifetime oils changes, etc free) “Mandatory.” I’m not sure we would have purchased that option if we could have bought the car without it. Then, we were told one price, but the numbers were put in wrong on the trade-in value by mistake- so, when we got back to the finance section, the final monthly amount ended up being more than we were told/wanted it to be. Again, it was a descent deal overall, so we proceeded with the purchase, but it didn’t exactly give us the “good vibes” of getting a new car. I don’t have full confidence that they will always do everything promised. I got a very distinct feeling that we were “sold” a lot of stuff, but it could be harder to actually get the services done in the future. I think time will tell on that one. As we bought the extended warranty (which we had planned to do anyways), and were forced to get the Metro Ford Guarantee package- I hope they live up to their end in the future! More

Drove it less than 500 miles and now it is broke down and I have to take it back. But I have to wait a few days because they don't have anyone to look at it today. They were supposed to check the car over an I have to take it back. But I have to wait a few days because they don't have anyone to look at it today. They were supposed to check the car over and make sure it was running like it should but they were just waiting for my check to clear. The "detail" shop also didn't even vacuum the whole car out. I picked it up Wednesday night and it is messed up by Saturday morning. Seriously, sad. More

So, Sam (salesman) and Patrick (finance) were great. As a salesman, Sam knew everything i was asking and had the right answers for everything. HE WAS THE REASON I BOUGHT MY TRUCK THERE. Patrick the mone As a salesman, Sam knew everything i was asking and had the right answers for everything. HE WAS THE REASON I BOUGHT MY TRUCK THERE. Patrick the money guy cemented his place in the sale by understanding everything needed to make it work. HE GOT US OUT FAST AND WITHOUT THE TRADITIONAL DEALER xxxxxxxx. The issue I had to work out was with the SALES MANAGER, you know, the guy that SHOULD know what is for sale and what the sales info on each “type” of vehicle is. He made and finished the “sign here deal” then sent Sam back with the “had the wrong rebate” number line from the sales manager. A 4000.00 difference mind you, not some “we owe” window tint or bedliner kinda number. It really felt like the old Lynn Hickey Dodge shady xxxx (for those old enough to know who those crooked people were). Anyway……Sam made it happen, Patrick cleaned it up, and even though I know I could have walked at any time. “we” split the difference and drove my new ride home. However, The SALES MANAGER prolly needs a lesser role, not saying a lot porter, but something that shows him that he is representing the ENTIRE TEAM, and sales rely on his work and knowledge just as much as the salesman. SAM, PATRICK….Keep kicking xxx! SALES MANAGER…….Do better dude, Do better. More
