As always, Robert was fantastic. We had a few issues with our 2013 Fit that needed attention. He was able to diagnose what was needed, what could wait, and find a way to fit repair We had a few issues with our 2013 Fit that needed attention. He was able to diagnose what was needed, what could wait, and find a way to fit repairs into our budget. Rob is honest and easy to work with, two qualities that are necessary but difficult to find nowadays. I know I can trust him and the team at Arrowhead to provide the best service at the best price. I've been a customer of Arrowhead Honda for several years now, and everyone I've worked with has been fantastic. Rob is my current service advisor and I couldn't be more pleased. He worked with me to get some warranty work done while I was there for maintenance, and the parts he ordered arrived the next day. Rob is friendly, efficient, and knows what he's doing. I consider him my friend, and wouldn't consider taking our cars to anyone else for service. More

Arrowhead Honda notified me of a recall on my 2018 Honda Accord. I booked my service appointment online and was in and out in 1.25 hours. There was no charge, and I received a free car wash to boot. My 1996 Odyssey van has never had service anywhere but Arrowhead Honda. I drove in off the street with a problem leak and they fixed the leak with no charge and changed my oil while I was there.
