His appearance, manners and knowledge of Toyota vehicles was very professional. He was never pushy. He could answer all our questions. If he didn’t have an answer to a question - he had a great support team to draw from. All the staff at the dealership are very professional, appreciative and friendly. Work spaces of sales personnel neat and clean. Plus we love the gift we chose - a new ladder. That is the first time we ever received a free gift for buying a car !! He worked with us and was flexible with our schedule when it came down to transferring the vehicle from a different dealership. I will be contacting Rob by name for my next vehicle purchase and recommending him to friends and family. Had to give this review 4 stars as the gentleman who worked in finance was awful. He refused to answer any of my questions about the warranty he was trying to sell to me. He ended up giving me the silent treatment, after I opted not to purchase a warranty. I have no idea what his name was as he didn't introduce himself, nor did he thank me for my business. Everyone else was polite and gracious that I had chosen to come to this particular dealership out of many other choices. More

I had been to many Dealerships in the 2 months after my car blew a coolant hose and died. The entire sales team and (Brian Schwanke were very friendly and made me feel at home. Brian even offered me and my friend Joe Pickett fried chicken and all the trimmings. Then when the finance company asked for considerably higher down payment then my offer I thought I would not be able to get the car but the GM Dave lowered the price of the car so I could get the loan. Dave and Brian made less on the sale and they still gave me the choice of a gift that they offer on purchases. I was there for hours and they made me feel like part of the family. The whole team made the process of parting with thousands of dollars enjoyable. Thanks to all of you and I will definitely recommend Gordie Boucher Lincoln in West Allis to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. Thanks again everyone! Stevesoko, Milwaukee More
