If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Brought our car in for a recall (car drove fine and no check engine light was on) they fixed the p Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Brought our car in for a recall (car drove fine and no check engine light was on) they fixed the parts that were recalled and as soon as we left with it the check engine light came on. Called them and they told us to bring it back that same day. Once we get back to the dealership they tell us to bring it back the next day. Brought it back the following day and they said it was an exhaust leak. They patched up the exhaust. Keep in mind the exhaust wasn’t causing problems until they took it off to get to the parts they were fixing for the recall. Car sounded better and the check engine light was off when we picked it back up, drove off and the check engine light came on again. Brought the car back again and Now they are trying to say it’s the converter. None of the problems existed until they replaced the recall parts. Once they touched the car there has been nothing but problems and they won’t do anything about it. One of the times we called while the car was here the lady that answered was rude and hung up on us. David the manager over the service center said he went out of his way to patch up the exhaust. It shouldn’t be going out of your way to make sure the car leaves in the same condition as it was when we brought it in the first day. There is absolutely no reason for someone to take a car for the recall parts to be replaced and then leave with nothing but issues. We have missed hours of work dealing with this the past few days and wasted a lot of gas going back and forth. Since it came in for a recall and they don’t make money off of that they are doing everything they can to try to get us to have to pay for something. At this point we would have been better off not even taking it to have the recalled parts replaced. If you have a recall or need service done do not go here. The GM Chris Thompson was absolutely no help either. More

These guys screwed me on my deal. They are now holding my $4901 refund for ceramic coating and cancellation of warranty. Over 3 months and no refund. I recently purchased my third Honda from Vann York Honda in High Point. The dealership has always treated me fairly and did in late November 2024. Our Salesperson, Bobby Clark, was really excellent! Just bought my car from Vann York this past Friday! I inquired about the vehicle and was sent a quick response that Curtis Johnson would contact me. Curtis not only contacted me but also made a video o I inquired about the vehicle and was sent a quick response that Curtis Johnson would contact me. Curtis not only contacted me but also made a video of the car and sent it to me. The whole experience was awesome and the video that Curtis sent me set him apart from the other dealership that I had dealt with. Curtis Johnson is great, go see him!! My girlfriend purchased a CRV from Bobby three weeks ago, and we had such a great experience that I decided to come back for a prologue. All of the staff at Vann York were great to work with, there was no pr and we had such a great experience that I decided to come back for a prologue. All of the staff at Vann York were great to work with, there was no pressure, they gave us a great price upfront on both vehicles over the phone, and the whole experience was just top notch. We drove all the way from Charlotte and passed quite a few other Honda dealers to work with Bobby, and we would highly recommend that any of our friends who need a Honda do the same. More
