Karim was very professional in addressing the problems my son was having with his vehicle's AC and radio system. The AC issues were completely resolved and Robert S is monitoring the radio issues. Aaron H. should also be commended for his professionalism and light heartedness throughout our day at the service department.

Joseph who is my service manager was excellent! he's been my service manager for over a year now and he's efficient and professional every visit.
"Blistering Paint Issue"
I went to Treasure Coast Toyota dealership with less than 36,000 miles, on my 2018 Tacoma. I showed them that the paint was blistering on my cab and hood. I was told to take the Tacoma to an outside contractor body shop, to have an evaluation done.
Approximately a week later, I received a call from the dealership. They informed me that I would have to cover 20% of the cost to repair the paint issue. I couldn't believe that this was all they could do for me, so I took the Tacoma to another Toyota dealership.
This other dealership took the time to evaluate the situation I had and said that it was environmental damage from a clear coat issue from the factory. They proceeded with sending the information to the factory and now I'll have the damage taken care of with no charge. They have their own body shop and warranty the job, for the life of the Tacoma.
I'm done with Treasure Coast Toyota, because I had purchased this Tacoma new off their lot and they could have cared less about taking care of this customer.
