Worth The Drive I stumbled upon Dallas Lease Returns while searching the Capitol One Auto Navigator website. There it was, the Silverado I had been looking for. Cle I stumbled upon Dallas Lease Returns while searching the Capitol One Auto Navigator website. There it was, the Silverado I had been looking for. Clean, low miles, all the features i wanted, and a sticker price that made me suspicious. After learning about DLR through their website and customer reviews I decided to reach out. The DLR website allows you to chat with a dealer immediately. Robert Schultz answered the message and he talked to me about every little detail I asked about, along with additional information I wasn't even aware was a factor. He gave me a quote for a trade-in and it was just under my ideal price so I knew I wasn't going to walk away kicking myself for losing thousands. Learning from Robert that DLR receives up to 600 vehicles every month and in turn they offload the same amount opened my eyes to the massive amount of vehicles that are in the market. Robert informed me that he could hold the vehicle for a completely refundable $200, which would go toward the vehicle if i made a purchase. So, with no threat of the truck not being there I decided to make the drive up from Austin, TX. Once on the road I let Robert know what time I would arrive. When I did, the Silverado was parked right out front, looking very clean, waiting for me. We met, he showed me around, then gave me the keys and let me have at it. The truck drove and operated better than expected and has even more features than advertised. Negotiations went smooth and before I knew it I was back on the road with a new truck. Robert Schultz is very kind and fun individual. He doesn't force a single thing. When signing he did not once put down the next piece of paper until I was done reading, signing, and setting it aside. You can tell Robert cares about every sale as he wants to take a picture with you and your big cheesing grin next to your new purchase. 100% I will recommend my friends, family, and coworkers check out Dallas Lease Returns the next time they are in the market and to give Robert Schultz a call, text, or email if they want him to be on the look out.
