Rick is no push over, but he is willing to put together a fair deal, and unlike today's salaried car salesman he actually follows through with everything he says he will, a bit of a rarity these days. Rick is an asset to the company. My dealings with Rob Stein, were very straight forward, I find Rob to be very professional and honest (imagine that...... honesty at a car dealership). More
