Very happy with my buying experience. New to the VW family, I walked into Wynn filled with curiosity and questions to go along with my interest in the Atlas Cross Sport. Welcomed by a receptionist, I was introduced to Mac who listened to my priorities and showed me to the most appropriate models. He and everyone else I worked with were very personable, patient, accessible within and outside of business hours, transparent, and easy to do business with. Admittedly a difficult buyer, Mac and sales team worked to retrieve my car from an outside dealer and deliver my car within a week. Pick up was made flexible and simple by Lisa, business manager, who was another patient and knowledgeable resource - completely prepared beforehand and awaiting my arrival. Luckily for me, Rob let me know there was one coming in the following week in the color scheme and level that I wanted. They made me a fair deal on my trade-in and a great price on the new car.
