It was a very smooth experience working with Mr. Wachsman given the entire sale was done purely over the internet via emails and texts due to the pandemic!. I really recommend him to all future buyers. Ms. Sharonda was absolutely fantastic and helped me again, all purely online to find and figure out the right protection packages to go with my purchase. The entire dealership visit for collecting the vehicle and closing the transaction took an hour or less because she had everything sorted out and lined up perfectly to close things out. Last but not the least, I want to thank Troy for his excellent service picking me up (sorry for keeping you wait for more than an hour!) and going over the vehicle and its features with me during the drive to the dealership and before I headed out with the vehicle out from the dealership. Despite Covid I was able to buy my wife her dream car, a 2018 red BMW 430i convertible, and have it delivered from NY to Raleigh, deal come together. I have never felt more comfortable buying a car and I never face to face met with him. I bought the 2020 330i xdrive from Robert Wachsman yesterday. The transition is so smooth. My initial inquiry was sent to Rally BMW on their website. Robert responded me within few hours. We talked over the phone so Robert understand what I was looking for. My mind is between lease a new car or purchase a lease return so my monthly cost would be similar. Robert sent me two cars and explained to me about the options, mileage, warranty left for used car. He then make a quote with both car so I can compare. This is an education for me and I was so much impressed by his knowledge about how to value a car. Although I decided to go for a car that was showing up after Robert’s initial recommended cars. I learned a lot so I can make a good decision. Robert quoted the car that I liked. The price is fair and he offered me all the discounts that BMW and Rallye BMW currently can offer. This whole process was done remotely due to the current pandemic. Robert is working remotely. But the whole process is very smooth. Hasan was the business manager and helped finalize the delivery. He is very easy to work with and offered me multiple protective services but didn’t push me. Hasan also answered my insurance question which is very helpful. This is my third BMW but the first one purchased from Rallye. I highly recommended Rallye if you are in five boroughs, and of cause, including Long Island. Last but most important, there is no hidden cost for the final payment. Every thing was exactly as quoted, plus $75 plate fee. Very happy! More
