The dealer had the car that I wanted and the deal was pretty easy to make. Bo and Kaitlin did a good job getting the deal done. The trade in was straight forward. The only issue as trying to install the app at the dealer. The sales people could not do it because my wife was the actual owner and they tried to link my app first. The keys would not match. We fixed this at home. The other issue was that the car would not remote start. There was an error message saying someone was in the car. I had to take it to the dealer (40 miles away) to have it looked at. Robert and his team fixed the problem. More
