Not only were both of them incredible helpful, but their kindness, humor, and knowledge brought my experience to the next level. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/used car. They had many great vehicles on the lot, and were also incredible willing and able to find me exactly what I was looking for, and bring it to their dealership for me to see... and eventually get! The dealership is also very nice, great hours for both sales and service, and very accessible with communication options. Can't thank you guys enough for all your help!!! More

Excellent Used Car Sales Service Greatly valued the attentive, if not downright enthusiastic, but never pushy service I received in finding my certified, used vehicle. I went to Beard Greatly valued the attentive, if not downright enthusiastic, but never pushy service I received in finding my certified, used vehicle. I went to Beard Subaru specifically in pursuit of a vehicle listed on their website, but ended up test driving 3 others instead as the first had already sold. I think that already having a solid direction for my search was beneficial in this experience, but I also appreciated Rob's obvious interest in finding me the car I wanted rather than trying to sell me on something else. I also appreciated being set free on a 20 minute test drive for each vehicle without the dealer hanging out and pitching the car from the backseat! Got the chance to really try out the cars and think through options. Also appreciated Rob taking time after purchase to demo basic things like how to fold down the back seats, and to connect my phone. Definitely left the dealership with the right car at a competitive price. I am generally the type of person who drives a car for 10 or so years, I can only hope Rob is still working at the dealership when I'm ready to purchase my next one. More

An excellent experience from beginning to end. I bought my first Subaru from this dealership in 2010 and they have serviced my car since then. The sales dept was very courteous and knowledgeable at that time and did not talk down to me since I am a woman. Thank mad a big impression on me. The service dept over the last 6 years has been great. They explain everything thoroughly and are ready and will to answer any and all questions I may have. When it came time to buy a new Forester, I knew I would go right to Beard Subaru and give them the opportunity to sell me a car. Rob Wayburn was very thorough and he came up with a price. My son had wanted me to go to a dealership near where he lives, so I did. They actually came in $500 less than the Beard Subaru quote, but in the end I decided to go with Beard. They have been so good to me and I didn't like the feel of the other dealership. That really does make a difference. More
