I have got an appointment to get a second opinion with a different mechanic shop to see if David Stanley's diagnosis and work was legit. As I have stated before I WILL NOT return and wish not to be contacted by David Stanley moving forward!

I do apologize that you are unhappy with the current situation with your vehicle. Again, I would be glad to have our transmission tech go further with a more firm diagnosis. It would require some tear down of your transmission. I do value your business and would like to try to figure something out for you if you will allow us to do so. Maybe give you a very deep discount on the repairs needed. Even consider the situation on a possible trade to a new vehicle. I do not want to ruin a 10 year relationship as you stated. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
