Just recently (1/19/19) I traded in that vehicle and purchased another ES350 Lexus 2014 pre-certified. The dealership was excellent on giving me a good trade-in for my 2007. I felt that Rob Williams who worked with me was very thorough in making sure I was satisfied with the sale of the 2014. He has been with me all the way and making sure that all the necessary paper work is done within a timely period. Whenever I contact him, he makes it a point to get back to me within a reasonable time if not available at the time of my call. Excellent Service; Excellent People I have purchased two hybrid SUV s, (RX 400h; RX 450h) both from Rob Williams. I went back to Rob for the second purchase because I was treated so wel I have purchased two hybrid SUV s, (RX 400h; RX 450h) both from Rob Williams. I went back to Rob for the second purchase because I was treated so well the first time around. Rob is experienced, customer friendly and very attentive to the customer's needs. Rob takes the time to teach (not just show) how things works on the vehicle. He is especially good at demonstrating and teaching the technology the vehicle has to offer. I took my first vehicle to Service Manager Mark Forcucci. I always dealt with Mark because he is very up front about what maintenance was needed on the vehicle and made sure that the appointments were set up, a loaner was available and the service was completed on time. I will continue to work with Mark with the second vehicle as well. I have had nothing but good results from both the sales and service people. This is why Herb Chambers continues to get my business.
