I did my online research carefully and find this dealership to have the car I wanted even though it was not convenient because of the distance. He said we could come back tomorrow and he would take care of us. He did not mention that he was off that day. Was helped be Tyler and he was a nice guy as well. But what really bothered me was that before we went there I already had an approved loan with my bank Chase. Signed all the documents knowing that they would forward the loan documents to Chase. Well that didn’t happen because the loan officer sent the loan to GM financial instead of Chase. Very misleading to deal with. I don’t think I would be doing business with them anymore. More
