The salesman, Serafin, made the effort to find a suitable choice at a dealership 120 miles away. Pricing seemed fair with little hassle. Everyone was very helpful even though it was a very busy time and the C-Max inventory was sparse. Our experience with servicing the 2008 Mariner at Fair Oaks has been very good. and we expect the same with the C-Max. More

Wanted a Hybrid It was time for a new car for myself. I had decided on a hybrid sedan and since I've purchased four Fords in the past I started, once again, with Ford It was time for a new car for myself. I had decided on a hybrid sedan and since I've purchased four Fords in the past I started, once again, with Ford. Turns out three of my siblings had already purchased a Fusion (one had the hybrid version) and all were happy with their purchases. I found a preordered Fusion heading for Fair Oaks with the features I was after. My wife and I ran into Gio Pina on the lot. Gio was one of the nicest salesmen we'd ever encountered. Long story short I bought the car. In the process we met Robert Wojtan(aftermarket sales) and finally Steve Sqiillo (finance). All in all this was one of the most positive experiences we've ever had at a dealership. Give them a try. Ask for Gio Pina! More

My salesman Jonathan was the nicest and most patient salesperson I’ve ever met. We test drive four different Mustangs and he even took one off the sales floor for me. I ended up going with the first one I test drove. Bob was so sweet walking around the whole time we were there making sure everything was going smoothly, offering us water and snacks.
