Jose & Jeremy were wonderful in pointing out the various features of the Edge and Escape; ultimately, I ended up trading in the 2007 Escape for a 2016 Escape. The negotiations went fairly smoothly - much better, actually, than my previous car buying experiences. A bit disappointed in the original trade-in amount but we negotiated around it satisfactorily. Overall, a very nice 2nd experience. More
