Great Dealership! This is my 4th purchase from Craig Holsman and Fair Oaks Ford and as I've come to expect, Craig stops at nothing to find the vehicle I'm after. In fact my New F-150 was located in Iowa about 3 hours away and Craig made the arrangements to get the truck back to Naperville in a timely manner. Robert Wojtan was very responsive when making arrangements to have some additional items taken care of with my new F-150. Robert actually responded to a message I left him on his day off which says a lot about the way this dealership operates, in fact the first day Craig and I went back and forth for over 12 hours before calling it a day. The length of time was due to the fact I was interested in both the Ford F-150 and the Ford Escape and it wasn't easy getting a F-150 with the features I wanted in the color I requested especially because I wanted a 2014 rather than the current 2015 model. John Roncone was able to get me an excellent rate on the loan and he got me in and out of his office in a timely manner. Brandon did a great job running through the features of the truck prior to my departure. He found my car at another dealer and as another reviewer said, my car was in pristine, showroom condition. Craig had Pam Hammersmith program the My Ford Touch features so everything was working and I knew how to work everything before I drove off the lot. Usually, I hate the rest of the process but Robert and John made it a pleasure! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car. I will be back! More

They had it delivered, washed, waxed and detailed to showroom condition the next day. We were very happy. They also gave us a fair deal for our trade in. Love the Dealership love the car. Always wonder about the price but was treated very nicely. My second 2014 MKT in 13 months due to a bad accident and the staff was extremely helpful. It was totaled but I was out of the hospital in a couple of hours and hopefully will be Ok soon. More
