I contacted Craig Holsman over the internet and after a couple informative e-mails and some bad experiences at other dealerships I decided to visit Craig at Fair Oaks Ford. I am sure glad I did. I got a great price for my new Explorer and a decent price on my trade-in. There were none of the usual high pressure sales tactics that other dealerships use. Pam Hammersmith knew all the right questions to ask on the things I was looking for. She then gave me several options to look at. This truly helped me decide what was the best route for me to go. I ended up with a lease of a Escape titanium. Got to say I love the moon roof and the whole car experience. The my sync services are pretty easy to get use to. Pam went over all the details of the car before I left the dealership. She even sync my phone to get me started. I also found Robert Wojtan to be very helpful as well. What I like mostly was the down to earth approach of taking the time to explain the extra care package that would help maintain that showman finish paint exterior and the interior care of the car throughout my lease. I would totally recommend this dealership and their professional staff. More
