Great Service I told Robert the problem with my GMC they check it out. Robert got back to me told me the problem and how much it cost. When I told him to go ahead I told Robert the problem with my GMC they check it out. Robert got back to me told me the problem and how much it cost. When I told him to go ahead with repairs then he told me my options. After that I got call back when car was ready. It was working great and went on with my day. More

Very disappointed! Robert was my service advisor, had to drop off my car brand new car I just bought and the tint was not installed properly, so I made an appointment fo Robert was my service advisor, had to drop off my car brand new car I just bought and the tint was not installed properly, so I made an appointment for Saturday. Dropped off the car and when it was done he called me to pick it up I went into service lobby , when I approached his desk I introduced my self and that I was there to pick up my car all he did was hand me the keys and said was " its parked out there so you see it " . He didn't even walk out with me to show me the work that was done to it . I inspected it myself and found it was still not installed properly because there was still bubbles in the tint. I didn't feel like dealing with Robert again so I just left . More
