Waiting for next service before review. I have questions about the service they recommended. I am a retired Journeyman Automotive Mechanic and some recommended service are not following the I have questions about the service they recommended. I am a retired Journeyman Automotive Mechanic and some recommended service are not following the service manual recommendations and in my opinion not needed at this time. More

Not happy I had a brand new top put on my convertible in August last year. Obviously, to have them replace it must have been bad. I bring it back after having I had a brand new top put on my convertible in August last year. Obviously, to have them replace it must have been bad. I bring it back after having it start to rattle and get charged for it. It was a whole panel. This is a car that has had several major issues. The service department has always been awesome. This time though I literally got nickeled and dimed. For what? For me to never step foot in that dealership again. Ever. For 115 dollars. More

I wasn't real happy with this experience I went in 9/30 and it took 2 hours to get to me to tell me the diagnosis: Needs new tires and controlling arms . It took until 6:15 that evening f I went in 9/30 and it took 2 hours to get to me to tell me the diagnosis: Needs new tires and controlling arms . It took until 6:15 that evening for me to get my car back. My appt time was 9:30 am so my company vehicle that I use for work was in the shop for almost 9 hours for those 2 service things.....Tires and alignment don't take that long .....not sure the timing for controlling arms but I didn't realize I was going to be without a car for work for an entire day and why did it take 2 hours just to let me know the diagnosis..... Robert was very kind and I appreciate his politeness but I was still very frustrated . More

At least the Service advisor and Customer Service were great Ill start by saying that EVERYONE at Sands was courteous and had a positive outgoing demeanor. The service advisor worked hard to ensure that my car w Ill start by saying that EVERYONE at Sands was courteous and had a positive outgoing demeanor. The service advisor worked hard to ensure that my car was taken car of the right way. My limited interaction with the service manager left me to believe he wanted to do what was best for me in my situation. They were quick(with a nudge) to place me into a loaner vehicle to get me going since the don't shuttle out of the general area and I work downtown. That being said, My car went back for rework over 7 times each time presenting a new issue upon pickup. The frustration level of all involved rose up a notch every time I brought the vehicle back. This was an older Chevy vehicle (early 2000's) that I brought in for repairs assuming they would have no problem at Chevy with a Chevy. Not the case. Long story short outside the service advisor floor...the level of service provided is suspect. I will say this the car now is running smooth and I have not issues it just took 2.5 months to get here and alot of "extra parts" that they covered. More
